Social Lead
Reports to the CEO. Function: organic content & brand storytelling. This isn't a social role where we want someone to post about the product. We want to build a media arm to the business - producing and distributing high quality shows.
A note from the founder
Every job post reads like it was written by AI these days. So we're not going to do that.
This is a founding hire - my right-hand person on everything content. You'd shape how Mosaic shows up in the world from day one, with a direct line to me and real ownership over where we take it.
We're looking for someone who lights up at the idea of getting out of the office, finding extraordinary stories in ordinary people, and finding creative ways to share them with the world.
Someone who understands that the right piece of content is brand-building, community-building and marketing all at once - and never feels like an ad.
You'll grow and scale our channels with content that actually moves people. We don't want to make content exclusively about our product. We want to tell stories, take people on journeys, and make them feel something about their own lives.

On Seven Frames an editor & video team will support you, however you should be comfortable capturing and editing the other pillars yourself. You lead the ideas, the scripts, the production, the shoot and the delivery.

We want to help as many people as possible celebrate the story of their life through the photos that they take. We've built a considered app where people can turn those moments into print - and receive them straight to their homes to keep in a linen-bound album.
Since launch we've grown to daily active users across 21 countries, and we're not shy about the ambition: to become the #1 way people print and keep their photos in Europe and the USA - and to build the next billion-pound business in this space.
The role
A maker's role with a leader's mandate.
you'll write the playbook
This is the person who takes our culture and points it outwards. You'll turn our social channels from "social media accounts" into proper media channels - shows, series and formats people choose to follow and recognise.
You'll own organic content end to end - the strategy and the doing. Ideating, scripting, shooting, editing in CapCut, publishing and reading the numbers. You'll use AI to supercharge your workflow - moving faster without losing the human touch that makes our content work.
Important note: this role is for our organic content. You won't be running UGC or paid ads - that's handled separately. An editor & video team will support you for the Podcast pillar.
What you'll own

- ✱Own the organic content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- ✱Build and run our flagship formats (One Photo Series, Seven Frames) and invent the next ones.
- ✱Capture & share our journey through the lens of founder & brand content.
- ✱Get out into the world and find real stories - strangers, celebrities, guests, community - and capture them.
- ✱Write the scripts, shoot the footage, and cut it in CapCut.
- ✱Use AI to supercharge production - research, scripting, editing, repurposing.
- ✱Plan and own the content calendar; publish consistently and iterate relentlessly.
- ✱Read the data, learn what's working, double down, and bring clear insight back to the team.
- ✱Work directly with the founder and the wider team on launches, partnerships and brand moments.
- ✱Embody and protect the Mosaic voice - storytelling over selling, always.
What we're looking for
You, hopefully.
- ✱You've led or been central to content at a startup, media brand, agency or creator-led operation - and you have the work to prove it.
- ✱You're a genuine maker: you can shoot, write and edit in CapCut (or similar) to a high bar, yourself.
- ✱You think like a strategist and execute like a creator - you can zoom out to the plan and drop down to the cut.
- ✱You have an interest in how AI tools can help you move faster.
- ✱You know how to make content land natively on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- ✱You have a level of cultural awareness of broader themes and moments occurring on social media.
- ✱You believe in community and storytelling over hard selling, and you can tell the difference between content that moves people and content that just fills a slot.
- ✱You want to build something category-defining and meaningful - not chase clickbait.
- ✱You're proactive, curious and biased toward action.
- ✱You want to scale a channel, not just maintain one. You've grown an audience before and your storytelling taste aligns with how modern social content earns reach.
